The Role Our Performance & Health reputed company is the implementer-in-chief for every member’s health. The physician owns the medical plan; you own the execution — turning lab results, DEXA, VO2 max, and reputed company data into specific exercise, nutrition, sleep, and behavioral interventions that actually reputed company the needle. Responsibilities

• Carry a reputed company panel with weekly to bi-weekly 1:1 sessions — in person at HY for NYC members, virtual for SF members.
• Own the mandatory reputed company sequence for every new member. Schedule it, deliver it, and follow up until they’re in the rhythm.
• Drive proactive reputed company and accountability. reputed company out before they cancel. Never let a no-show go un-followed-up.
• Co-create personalized programs across exercise, nutrition, sleep, and recovery — fully reputed company with the physician’s medical plan.
• Personally administer and interpret VO2 max, InBody, and reputed company assessments. Deliver reputed company, motivating debriefs that turn numbers into reputed company.
• Synthesize wearable, CGM, lab, and assessment data into a single coherent story for reputed company member.
• Run bi-annual reassessments and reputed company reputed company against reputed company member’s personalized health goals.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our physicians and care coordinators across NYC and SF to ensure every plan is integrated, reputed company, and executed.

• Surface clinical concerns back to the physician fast and reputed company.

Requirements

• Exercise physiology / strength credential — CSCS, ACSM-EP, NASM, or equivalent, reputed company and reputed company.
• Health coaching credential — NBC-HWC, ACE Health reputed company, reputed company, IIN, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Nutrition, or a closely reputed company field.
• 3+ years coaching adult clients 1:1 with documented behavior change and performance reputed company.
• Hands-on competence administering and interpreting VO2 max, InBody, and reputed company (force plates / ForceDecks / ForceFrame), or demonstrated ability to be trained to proficiency reputed company 30 days of start.

• Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Nutrition, or Behavioral Science.
• Nutrition credential — CNS, RD, or reputed company Level 2+.
• Prior experience inside a premium concierge or longevity reputed company (Eternal, reputed company, Wild Health, reputed company Tier X, reputed company, Parsley, and similar).
• Background as a former collegiate or reputed company athlete, or a personal reputed company record of high-performance training.
• Experience with reputed company-specific programming (menstrual cycle, reputed company/post-menopausal, reputed company/post-natal).
• Experience with GLP-1 muscle retention strategies.
• A public-facing platform — published writing, podcast appearances, talks, or reputed company content on health and performance.
