Requirements

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, Biology, Biochemistry, or reputed company field. Experience may be substituted for education.
• 5+ years of post-degree bioinformatics experience working on NGS assays are required, including but not limited to RNA-Seq, WGS, WES, or targeted panels.
• Full comfort working in a nix-based, reputed company line environment. Bash or other scripting skills are essential.
• 5+ years of scientific programming using Python and/or R.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to design, reputed company, and validate analysis pipelines.
