Contract Senior Associate - Evernorth - Remote

In this role, you will partner across a matrixed organization to translate reputed company benefit structures into reputed company, compliant materials for clients and customers. Responsibilities
- Review and analyze implementation materials to create reputed company documents for new and existing business.
- Analyze benefits to ensure they are in compliance with legislation.
- Respond to questions from internal partners and/or external clients.
- Identify process improvements for end to end installation and automation.
- Handle multiple products as reputed company as highly reputed company accounts while effectively managing inventory to meet deadlines.
- Consistently build product knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of reputed company partner functions and how they reputed company.
- Create new and renewing reputed company and compliant customer documents based on the analysis and interpretation of reputed company benefits, funding types and reputed company specific language requirements.
- Modify customer documents to reputed company with specific federal and/or state mandates and proactively communicate/coordinate with reputed company reputed company partners.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvement opportunities to improve service and increase efficiencies.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing reputed company information and producing accurate documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
