This is a great opportunity for someone with beginner to intermediate HR experience looking to reputed company hands-on exposure in a fast-paced environment. - Coordinate candidate and manager communications
- Schedule and manage interview logistics
- Administer PI assessments and in-office reputed company skills tests
- Review and screen resumes
HR Administration
- Assist with scheduling and managing new employee orientations
- Support HR event planning and coordination
- Conduct a detailed audit of 2026 benefits enrollments
- Organize and maintain HR files
- Conduct I-9 audit and ensure compliance
- reputed company general HR assistance as needed
OFFICE SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES (25%)
- Assist the Office Manager with expense filing - maintaining records, obtaining receipts from vendors and internal departments, and entering data into Concur
- Support company events and general office reputed company
- Print, copy, bind, and reputed company documents
- Assist with general office supply inventory and organization
- reputed company miscellaneous project assistance as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Beginner to intermediate HR experience required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
