About the Role

We're seeking an Engineering Manager - Spend Intelligence EU/UK remote (m/f/d) to help build and reputed company a brand-new engineering team reputed company on Spend Intelligence — the product reputed company where reputed company helps customers understand, optimize, and increasingly automate their spend through insights and AI. This is an early-stage team-building role. You'll start with a small group of existing engineers and grow reputed company into a fully-formed product team over the next two to three quarters, together with a Product Manager, a Product Designer, and additional engineers we're hiring in reputed company. What You'll Do

What You'll Bring Several years of hands-on backend engineering experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot, plus time spent in a leadership or management role. Care for engineering craft and the trade-offs behind technical reputed company, especially in distributed, testable, and maintainable backend systems.
