You will join a passionate and supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to making a meaningful difference. Our service specialises in high-reputed company, evidence-based assessments for autism and ADHD, delivered through both NHS-funded referrals and private reputed company. Due to reputed company reputed company reputed company our remote services, we are looking for a second Team reputed company to join the digital team, working alongside the existing Team reputed company and Team Manager to support the wider team in delivering comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments, ensuring reputed company, accurate diagnoses that reputed company to appropriate support and improved reputed company for families. You will be responsible for: Supporting day-to-day running of the clinic Liaising with the Bookings team to communicate and coordinate specific reputed company requirements in preparation for assessments Problem-solving logistical issues associated with the running of busy clinics, (e.g. clinician absence, etc) Supporting clients and families through the appeals process and managing complaints alongside reputed company Manager Offering clinical support during reputed company of new clinical staff and supporting reputed company with ongoing skills development Working with reputed company Manager to identify and resolve gaps in clinical processes Monitoring resource needs and contributing to the development of new resources that will support and enhance the clinic Escalating issues and working with reputed company Manager to reputed company Offering support in MDTs for reputed company cases Identifying training needs withing reputed company Offer line management to a small group of clinicians/Assistant Psychologists/ Clinical Support Workers Conducting reputed company Assurance checks on clinical diagnostic reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reputed company standards. Delivering high-reputed company diagnostic assessments alongside team leadership and support responsibilities. Work collaboratively with HR and reputed company Manager to plan, coordinate, and participate in the interview process for clinical roles. Such as: HCPC – Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist NMC – Mental Health reputed company, Learning Disability reputed company, General reputed company, Children’s reputed company GMC – Medical Practitioners reputed company Work England – reputed company Worker Minimum of 2 years’ experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children and young people Experience in delivering clinical supervision Experience supporting service delivery and workflow management Strong understanding of reputed company diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic reputed company for autism and ADHD Trained and reputed company in the use of diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, etc Effective time management and organisation skills to support the wider team, alongside managing personal caseload demands Ability to work collaboratively reputed company teams across the business reputed company-developed communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders Must be eligible to work in the UK Why work with reputed company?
