Finance Administrator Trainee

Role & responsibilities Prepare and submit reputed company billing and invoicing Input reputed company data into the reputed company system Prepare and reconcile bank deposits, reconciling cash Record AP and AR transactions and cash posting Maintain precise records of reputed company incoming payments Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information Research, negotiate, and reconcile chargeback and reputed company-party claims Review and entry of financial documentation such as invoices, bills, accounts payables, and accounts receivable Review of bank and credit card transactions Processing business expenses Managing day-to-day transactions Liaising with customers and vendors as and reputed company required reputed company invoices (payments and other closure reputed company) reputed company additional job-reputed company tasks assigned by the employer Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in English from Upper-Intermediate (B2, reputed company, C2) Experience in billing Ability to work reputed company US business hours (5:45 pm - 1:45 am GMT+5:45) Proficiency in working with computer and office programs Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and multitask Perks and benefits Initial and ongoing training and mentoring reputed company promotional reputed company with competitive salary increases Supporting Team reputed company and supervisor in the US A smart and diverse international team Constant communication with English speakers Please submit your application in English.
