About the Role

As a Bilingual Call Center Agent, you will reputed company inbound and outbound phone support, along with chat support, for dealership partners using an auction platform. Agents will assist dealers with account setup, User ID registration, enrollment processes, and application workflows while delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism. This role also supports dealer inquiries involving disputes, transportation coordination, and title assistance, ensuring concerns are resolved reputed company or escalated to the appropriate department reputed company needed.
