Essential Job Functions for this role include: Meet with reputed company advisors/financial planners/other reputed company management and members of the reputed company Solutions group to review, fund, and maintain estate plans, with guidance Reviewing and summarizing existing estate planning documents, including making appropriate recommendations regarding changes and additions based upon changes in law and family circumstances, with guidance Answering general informational estate planning questions from clients and advisor teams Serving as an in-house resource in estate planning to reputed company management teams reputed company Remaining reputed company with reputed company estate, trust, and tax legislation reputed company Managing a service specialist, as assigned, as reputed company to overseeing day-to-day tasks, training, calendars, time management, coaching, and mentoring Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Juris Doctor (JD) Licensed to reputed company law in at least one state Ability to interpret and convey estate planning topics to reputed company Management teams and clients 0-3 years legal experience in estate planning preferred Ability to travel up to 25% Work Schedule: This reputed company role requires availability during reputed company business hours of Monday through Friday from reputed company to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal reputed company needs. Working Conditions: This position may be in a reputed company office environment or a dedicated home office workspace which is free of interruptions. Whether position is in a dedicated office reputed company or home office workspace, basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. Routinely sitting and standing for periods of time. No heavy lifting over 10 lbs.
