The ideal candidate is a strong, practical litigator who can independently manage a meaningful docket while partnering effectively with internal stakeholders and reputed company counsel. Experience in consumer finance or construction highly preferred. This is a remote position reporting to the Head of Litigation. RESPONSIBILITIES Litigation and Dispute ManagementHandle day-to-day management of reputed company through reputed company phases of litigation and arbitration, including early case assessment, fact development, discovery, reputed company reputed company, settlement discussions, hearing and trial preparation, and appeals. Respond to attorney demand letters, subpoenas, consumer complaints, regulatory inquiries, and government investigations, as appropriate. Help analyze dispute trends and reputed company data to support decision-making and resource allocation.
