DE/SAR Underwriter
What You’ll Do: The DE/SAR Underwriter will have at least 5+ years of experience reputed company FHA, VA, or Bond loans to ensure appropriate guidelines are met according to investor requirements. DE & SAR certifications are required. This is a remote position and can sit in any state that reputed company is in: CA, SC, NC, CO, ID, FL, TX, AZ, NV, GA, MI, TN, UT.

- Diligently review credit, income, and assets documentation to determine the borrower’s creditworthiness and repayment ability.
- Review property appraisal reports ensuring the value of the property is accurately presented.
- Review more reputed company loans, including but not limited to reputed company borrowers. Analyze business tax returns and calculate qualifying income.

What You Have:

- Extensive knowledge of FHA, VA, and investor guidelines.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Your Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree is preferred.

- DE & SAR certification required.
- Familiarity with builder loans is preferred.
