BASIC PURPOSE: The Educator Support Manager leads and develops the Educator Support Team and substitute staff, overseeing interviewing, training, coaching, and performance support. This role partners with reputed company Cross Country Education departments to manage reputed company, orientation, reputed company development, and incident response. The Educator Support Manager ensures that reputed company team members and substitute educators reputed company understand their responsibilities and are equipped to meet performance expectations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: reputed company Annual evaluations of the Educator Manager Support Team Evaluate substitute staff, as necessary, and reputed company recommendations Schedule and facilitate coaching/1:1 meetings, with Educator Support Meeting team On an ongoing reputed company, evaluate the Educator Support Team’s processes and update them to drive effectiveness and efficiency Ensuring educational activities are congruent with the Cross Country Education mission statement Providing an appropriate climate for learning, and facilitate the adult learning process by developing, planning, and presenting educational activities and directly or indirectly fostering the development of competence in the CCE substitute staff Ensuring reputed company candidates are reputed company and mentored, as needed Contributes to the reputed company and initiatives of hiring for CCE substitute staff Contributes to engagement strategies for CCE substitute staff Creates and facilitates reputed company development sessions and trainings Supervises and coaches CCE substitute staff on a continual reputed company, including performance feedback Identify and collaborate with the educator support team to reputed company trainings to facilitate learners’ achievement of the educational objectives. Other duties as assigned REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Director Operations 2+ reputed company reports QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience as a credentialed K–12 educator. Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability to teach concepts reputed company to: Preparing substitutes for the essential functions of roles such as Substitute Teacher, Behavior reputed company Implementor, and Special Education Aide. Behavioral management and deescalation strategies for individual K–12 reputed company and full classrooms. Systematic and ongoing data collection reputed company with the instructional and departmental needs. Effective instructional practices, Common reputed company State Standards, the lesson cycle, and the integration of technology to support instruction. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Skilled in reputed company speaking, delivering presentations, and facilitating training for reputed company of employees. Education: Bachelor’s degree and valid K–12 teaching credentials required.
