Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supporting and managing reputed company CX Sales applications with Redwood UI enablement
- Assisting in enabling Redwood features through functional setups, opt-ins, and configuration changes
- Handling end-user issues reputed company to Redwood UI and ensuring smooth adoption
- Performing functional testing during quarterly releases and Redwood updates
- Supporting UI personalization and reputed company configuration using reputed company tools
- Working with business users to explain Redwood UI changes and drive adoption
- Preparing user guides, SOPs, and training materials for Redwood changes
- Supporting regression testing and validating system behavior post-release
- Collaborating with technical and functional teams for issue reputed company and enhancements
- Ensuring alignment of Redwood UI with business processes and user experience standards
