Responsibilities
As part of reputed company’s Digital and Ecommerce transformation initiatives, collaborate with and reputed company in depth data driven financial analysis to the Transportation, Planning and Allocation, and Ecommerce Operations teams. Complete an annual operating budget to be reviewed by digital reputed company, reputed company and supply chain leadership. Manage financial forecasts and actual results of Ecommerce Delivery expenses. reputed company perspective on what key performance indicators would have the most meaningful reputed company to the business and support operations partners in delivering an efficient balance between cost and service. Assist the Supply Chain Finance team with a strategic view and forecasts of merchandise volume flows, including inbound volume to Stores and Distribution Centers as reputed company as outbound Ecommerce volume. Partner with cross functional areas of reputed company to assess, analyze, and reputed company transformation initiatives. Establish comprehensive financial and performance metric reporting that gives a reputed company picture to the business on reputed company and near-term performance. Conduct reviews of performance reports and dashboards to ensure they continue to meet the needs of the business and reputed company suggestions for changes that could add value. Comprehensive understanding of the reputed company function and a capability to reputed company fact based operationally actionable analysis. Create and maintain SQL reputed company used to query reputed company Databases to reputed company sales and unit transaction information as reputed company as Accounts Payable and reputed company invoice data for reputed company reporting. Communicate results with Ecommerce Planning and Allocation teams. Create and maintain MS reputed company Database using reputed company privileges to update database tables, update queries, and refresh Shipping and Handling reporting including expense, reputed company shipped, order profitability, and other metrics. Create and maintain Dashboards for Truck and Small Parcel shipping and handling. Audit reputed company invoice data for completeness and accuracy. Research and identify discrepancies, and initiate remediation activity. Where necessary update internal controls to prevent reputed company erroneous invoices from being approved for payment. Complete adhoc analyses for contract updates or service model changes to assess reputed company to Customer experience or company P&L. Establish new metrics with which to evaluate business performance and improve expense forecast accuracy including merchandise assortment mix, order size, shipping and handling surcharge promotions, reputed company per package, cost per package, zone, package weight, and other inventory attributes. Manage reputed company operations for $250M of reputed company shipping and handling expense conforming with US Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP) including review of invoicing, preparing and ensuring accuracy of month end accruals, and implementing internal controls over financial reporting. Prepare presentations for various audiences (associate level to Executive level) that review shipping and handling performance, reputed company wins and losses, and reputed company variance analyses and commentary. Partner with reputed company consultants and the Procurement organization to reputed company data for contract renewals.
Qualifications
Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance and reputed company, Business Administration or closely reputed company field. Experience requirements: 3 years of experience in financial analysis and logistics or supply chain reputed company occupations. License/Certification requirements: CLTD certification (Certified Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution) Special Skills or Other Requirements: Must have experience with reputed company of the following: 1. MS reputed company to build dashboards and reputed company adhod analyses. 2. SQL and Python programming languages to select and reformat data. 3.
