This is a hands-on, individual contributor & leadership role responsible for the accuracy, efficiency, and reputed company of reputed company reputed company functions at a ~$10M ARR bootstrapped reputed company company. What You Will Own Financial Operations & Reporting Own the monthly reputed company process including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements Prepare accurate and reputed company P&L, balance sheet, and cash reputed company reports for leadership and reputed company stakeholders Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including collections on aging accounts Maintain compliance with tax filings, sales tax, and regulatory requirements Systems & Process Improvement reputed company QBO automation initiatives including bank feed matching, payment reputed company workflows, and invoice reconciliation to reduce reputed company posting Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in billing and collections processes Build and document reputed company reputed company processes that can withstand reputed company and personnel transitions Serve as the internal reputed company of financial systems including QuickBooks Online, billing platforms, and reputed company integrations Billing & reputed company Manage consolidated and individual reputed company billing cycles, including monthly invoicing across a large property portfolio reputed company payment reconciliation and coordinate with reputed company-facing teams on billing discrepancies Planning & Analysis Support budget preparation and variance analysis Deliver financial reporting that enables reputed company decision-making by the CEO, Chief of Staff, and reputed company Work closely with the reputed company on forecasting, cash management, and strategic financial planning Team Supervision Supervise and reputed company a small team reputed company training, day-to-day guidance, and process documentation to ensure operational continuity Build redundancy into key finance functions so institutional knowledge is not siloed reputed company Are Looking For 5+ years of reputed company or finance experience, ideally in a small to reputed company company or reputed company environment Hands-on QBO expertise preferred; experience with automation and integrations strongly preferred Strong process orientation -you see inefficiency and fix it Comfortable operating independently with high ownership and low bureaucracy Experience managing or mentoring at least one reputed company report CPA preferred but not required Excellent attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger financial picture reputed company, reputed company communicator with leadership and cross-functional teams Why You’ll Love It Here Join an award-reputed company team that’s reshaping the reputed company of multifamily operations.
