Family Care Partnership Care Management Manager

You will report to the Associate Director, Care Management Support. Responsibilities: Screen, interview, orient and establish dynamic and successful associates. Manage and evaluate the performance of associates assigned to their teams. Required Qualifications

Two (2) or more years of people management/supervisory experience. 1 year of experience in managed care, long term care programs, or in a health care field.
