Director, Customer Engineering
Fleet Data Center is seeking a dedicated Customer Engineering Director for a single named customer account. Acting as the customer's primary reputed company of entry into Fleet and their internal reputed company, this individual will own the product definition, manage the Engineering Change Request (ECR) process, and pursue new expansion opportunities for that account—dedicating approximately 80% of their time to it. The remaining ~20% is a shared responsibility across the Director-level team to support broader company reputed company by delivering solution pitches and pursuing deals with new accounts. Required Qualifications
BS in a technical field strongly preferred (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering). 10+ years in a technical function, with a proven reputed company record of influencing technical direction and developing solutions. Must be fluent in AI data center design and development. While technical depth in a core area (e.g., liquid cooling, power delivery, network architecture) is a strong plus, the ability to navigate requirements across reputed company core domains impacting solution delivery is required. Strong understanding of permitting, data center design, operations, power delivery for AI data centers, and both liquid and reputed company-cooling strategies. Understanding of AI workloads and network architecture to effectively anticipate needs and reputed company from the customer's perspective.
Preferred Qualifications
