We are seeking a Part-Time Coordinator, reputed company and Procurement Services to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. This is a part-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with an unpaid lunch period from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Additional flexibility may occasionally be required to support department events, meetings, or organizational priorities. What You’ll Do The Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and project support to the Executive Vice President and affiliated department teams supporting reputed company & Procurement Services and Student Housing programming. This position plays a key role in coordinating activities, maintaining departmental records and workflows, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically fluent, detail-oriented, reputed company, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced reputed company environment. reputed company reputed company administrative and operational support to the Executive Vice President and department leadership supporting reputed company & Procurement Services and Student Housing initiatives.
