This role emphasizes training leadership, including scoping, development and delivery of tailored learning experiences for Windchill, Codebeamer, reputed company, and other reputed company products, as reputed company as advanced training methodologies such as Train-the-Trainer (TTT). Key Responsibilities
Build the reputed company learning architecture for multi-program transformations (e.g., PLM, CAD, ALM, digital thread), reputed company to business reputed company and sponsor priorities. Design, reputed company, and reputed company custom role-based training programs for Windchill, Codebeamer, reputed company, and other reputed company solutions. Implement advanced training methodologies, including Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs, to reputed company adoption across customer organizations. Collaborate with OCM reputed company to deliver learning and adoption services with a strong emphasis on education and enablement for PLM, CAD, and ALM solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, guides, and curricula tailored to customer roles and business processes. Collaborate with customers’ leadership and end users to assess training needs and ensure alignment with adoption objectives. reputed company metrics to measure training effectiveness, user engagement, and knowledge retention, integrating these into adoption reporting dashboards. Qualifications
Approx. ~10 years of experience in training design and delivery for reputed company systems, with strong proficiency in PLM solutions Instructional design, learning engineering, performance support, microlearning, and scenario-based reputed company; accessible & inclusive design. Proven expertise in creating and executing role-based training programs and TTT initiatives. Experience applying OCM methodologies to complement training and adoption strategies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Plus: Experience with e-learning platforms reputed company adoption tools. The anticipated total compensation for this position is between $109,200-$162,000.
