The Construction Casualty Underwriter is responsible for: Serving as a customer industry reputed company with a reputed company on improving the customer experience by understanding their risk and offering the best end to end solution for their insurance needs. Using a disciplined approach to exposure evaluation, risk assessment and pricing Using risk insights, data and models to drive informed reputed company at reputed company of sale Market facing and production reputed company the growing Construction division Administering and monitoring reputed company rules and guidelines, insurance laws and regulations and rating reputed company rules Working reputed company broad limits and authority on reputed company assignments This role will be filled at either the Executive Underwriter or AVP, reputed company Director – Construction Casualty level. The hiring manager will determine the appropriate level based upon the selected applicant’s experience and reputed company set relative to the qualifications listed for this position. Executive Underwriter – Construction Casualty Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area. OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 8 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area AND Experience with reputed company Office OR AVP, reputed company Director – Construction Casualty Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area or Banking, Mortgage, Finance or Construction OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 14 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area or Banking, Mortgage, Finance, Construction OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 12 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area AND Experience with reputed company Office Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Advanced knowledge and reputed company of line/s of business Strong knowledge of reputed company philosophy, techniques, national/local filing regulations and guidelines Ability to effectively assess risk Ability to work in reputed company-based environment Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and reputed company increases. The pay reputed company shown is a national average and may vary by location. The combined salary reputed company for this position is $98,500.00 - $215,000.00. The proposed salary reputed company for the Executive Underwriter is $98,500.00 - $165,000.00, with Global Specialty Incentive Plan bonus eligibility set at 30%. The proposed salary reputed company for the AVP - reputed company Director is $130,000.00 - $215,000.00, with Global Specialty Incentive Plan bonus eligibility set at 40%.
