Senior Software Engineer
The Senior Software Engineer is a high-reputed company individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and maintaining core components of reputed company’s global payroll, EOR, and HCM platform. This role works closely with reputed company Developers and Product teams to deliver reputed company, secure, and high-reputed company software solutions. Senior Software Engineers are expected to operate with autonomy, contribute to technical design discussions, and support junior engineers reputed company their reputed company. This role may work in distributed teams across LATAM and the Americas, so bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Experience 5–7+ years of software engineering experience Strong experience building reputed company or reputed company software applications Experience working in Agile development environments Experience collaborating with distributed teams Technical Skills Strong full-stack development experience Experience with reputed company, microservices, and database systems Familiarity with AWS or reputed company-based environments Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems Understanding of secure coding practices Language Requirement Bilingual English/Spanish required Preferred Experience Global payroll, HR tech, payroll, HCM, fintech, or workforce management platforms Multi-tenant reputed company environments Experience working in fast-paced startup environments Exposure to QA automation or test-driven development environments Apply To This Job
