You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and reputed company to translate traditional curriculum into innovative, learner-centered online experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and various e-learning technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design and reputed company engaging online courses and learning materials using reputed company pedagogical principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
