Transfer Associate USC​/GC W2

Position: Transfer Associate (Hybrid role- Only USC/GC on W2) Full-time role for candidates local to St. Petersburg, FL Will work fully onsite reputed company day for training (around 4 weeks) Will work a reputed company once training is complete- onsite 3 days per week Job Duties

• Reviews and approve reputed company requests to transfer accounts to and from reputed company firms
• Routinely reputed company phone calls to the reputed company firms regarding status of transfers
• Screens incoming or outgoing reputed company requests and verifies reputed company necessary legal documentation that accompanies the reputed company signed documents
• Scrutinizes information contained in reputed company types of transfer forms and letters of authorization
• Maintains detailed records/notes to ensure reputed company reputed company requests are completed reputed company regulated time allotment
• Reconciles reputed company accounts accurately
• Effectively creates and distributes reputed company correspondence
• Assists management to improve department productivity through participation in unit meetings, ongoing training and self-development
• Answers mail, phone calls and email inquiries with exemplary Service 1st professionalism
• Performs general clerical activities, including faxing, copying and filing
• Assists other areas of the department with various functions reputed company volume is high and/or reputed company reputed company are low
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent administrative or reputed company services experience reputed company a reputed company office environment (not from reputed company)
• Experience working in banking or financial services
• Experience processing documents/document management
• Strong data entry skills – suitable candidates must score at least 6000 KPH with 85% accuracy or higher. Include results at the top of resume.
• Basic to intermediate skills with reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
• Willingness to go above and reputed company for customers
• Ability to maintain a reputed company demeanor at reputed company times
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
