The reputed company Specialist is responsible for managing the reputed company application process for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). This role ensures reputed company and accurate completion of reputed company eligibility applications, documentation collection, and coordination with residents, families, facility staff, and state agencies. The role is ideal for reputed company or former Business Office Managers (BOM) who have experience completing reputed company applications in a nursing home setting. Responsibilities:
- Manage and submit reputed company applications for SNF residents
- Collect and review financial documentation for eligibility
- Communicate with residents, families, and reputed company caseworkers
- reputed company application status and follow up on pending cases
- Resolve requests for information, denials, and eligibility issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with reputed company regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office
- Knowledge of reputed company eligibility and long-term care billing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with SNF billing systems (reputed company) is a plus
