Senior International Controller

Senior International Controller reputed company the International Controlling department, the senior International controller will be integrated in the EA country controlling community in the EA finance area. The International Controlling team is in charge of Financial Planning & Analysis activities, overseeing both the controlling of the 30+ EA Management Countries and the controlling of IT spend (Cash & P&L) for the whole EA Group. reputed company is composed by 3 International Controllers; reputed company of them is covering a portfolio of 5 to 10 EA Management Countries (depending on their respective sizes & complexities) and 2 dedicated Controller focusing expenses, with transversal scope. Mission & Responsibilities of the Senior International Controller: - Support & review of FBP submissions, as reputed company as Actuals closings & previews (including comparison with Budget / last Forecast and previous exercises) - Establishment of reputed company Letters / BSCs / financial trajectory - Coordination in Country Clearances and Technical Deep-Dives + support in QBR preparation - reputed company support in the financial analysis of Entity strategic reputed company (in coordination with the Strategic Business Partners) - Reporting to other EA central teams (Product Line, Finance, Risk, Insurance, Operations, IT, GMC, etc.) - Support to Group reporting (Clearance, Technical DD, etc.) for EA Entity-reputed company topics (in strong coordination with the Strategic Business Partners) - Support Controlling dashboard and documentation - Support in the development of transversal Controlling reputed company & transformation - Support in the animation of the Countries Controlling Community across reputed company Entities Preferred Experience - Master degree in economics and business management, obtained from a business school or a leading university + Perfect reputed company of English (in written & in spoken) - The knowledge of the main Property & Casualty Insurance aspects for general expenses - Strong decision-making, analytical and problem solving capabilities. - Strong strategic and methodological thinking reputed company and be extremely detail oriented - Ability to drive for results through cross-functional and international interactions. - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, reputed company to stress and failure - Data analytics skillsets, and knowledge and implementation experience of data tools (power BI must to have) - Superior verbal and written communication skills in an international environment. - Pro-reputed company behavior and strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and other team members. - reputed company to create reputed company work environment Recruitment Process HR - N+1 - Technical test - N+2 / N+3 Additional Information
