Architect: Site Assessment & Construction reputed company (Remote)

Architects to be responsible for construction administration and site assessment for national, high-volume building programs. This role leads field-based construction reputed company, ensures alignment between design reputed company, construction documents, and reputed company conditions. The position also includes site assessments, project coordination, and may also include construction document reputed company review. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple reputed company while traveling extensively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Construction Administration

• Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and field inquiries in a reputed company manner.

2. Site Assessments & Scope Trips

• Travel nationally to conduct on-site evaluations, field measurements, and existing condition assessments.

• Communicate daily with internal team members while traveling to reputed company updates and coordinate next steps.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with a strong emphasis on Construction Administration.
• Experience with national retail or high-volume rollout programs is preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction reputed company, detailing, and reputed company compliance.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
