arenaflex is seeking a motivated and personable Remote First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service Representative to join our 24/7/365 call center team. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for engineers, technicians, and field operators reporting property damage. Your primary responsibility is to capture accurate FNOL details, reputed company data into our customized system, and reputed company outstanding service to reputed company callers.

Key Responsibilities

- Level 1: $105 per pay period
- Level 2: $150 per pay period
