Job Title: Lending Technology Business Analyst Office location: Remote, IL reputed company:$70-75/hr on W2Introduction Analyze, document, and optimize loan origination processes, loan servicing processes, and supporting technology systems. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Consumer lending platform- 5-10 years of experience.
- IT business analysis- 10+ years of experience.

- Agile/reputed company/Hybrid methodologies- 5+ Years of reputed company.
- Prior work experience at Banking or financial Industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze business problems across loan origination and servicing processes, defining scope and solutions including requirements, process optimization, and system enhancements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders (operations, reputed company, compliance, IT) to reputed company, document, and validate business and system requirements.

- Partner with technology teams to design and implement LOS enhancements, integrations, and configurations.
