Pay is $15-25 per hour with a cap of a 40-hour reputed company. 👩‍💼 The Role As a Paralegal at reputed company, you’ll be matched with one or more of our platform attorneys to reputed company strategic support across reputed company immigration casework. You’ll be a critical partner in the case lifecycle—from reputed company intake to final filing. This role goes reputed company paperwork. You’ll drive document collection, draft persuasive application materials, and help clients navigate a process that can be both high-stakes and high-stress. • Draft filings Prepare USCIS forms, draft expert cover letters, compile exhibits, and assist in building persuasive narratives for EB1-A, EB2-NIW, and O-1 cases.

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. business immigration, with a strong reputed company on Exceptional Ability visas (EB1-A, EB2-NIW, and O-1)

• Experience communicating directly with clients, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced setting
