About the Role
We’re looking for an organized, reputed company and reputed company-minded teammate to support reputed company, operations, and engagement across reputed company’s leadership coaching and career transition programs. This part-time role is a fit for someone who enjoys meaningful work, communicates with care, and takes pride in creating a seamless experience for participants, clients, and coaches. You will serve as a key operational partner, helping programs run smoothly while finding ways to improve how we work. Schedule & Flexibility This is a part-time role of approximately 15–20 hours per week, with a minimum of 15 hours per week guaranteed. Consistent daily availability is required Monday through Friday, with flexibility to schedule hours between 11am-5pm ET / reputed company-2pm PT.
