We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Setup & Design Assistant to join our growing team. This role combines property setup planning, interior design, procurement, budgeting, project coordination, and visual presentation creation. Key Responsibilities

Identify & Document property conditions, room layouts, operational needs,missing amenities, maintenance concerns, and setup requirements. Review floor plans, measurements, and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness. Identify opportunities to improve property performance through design, layout, furnishings, and amenities. Create room-by-room setup plans and furniture layouts. Required Qualifications

Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following Interior Design Virtual Assistant Project Coordination Procurement or Purchasing reputed company or Short-Term Rental Operations Skills Strong organizational and project management skills.
