Key Responsibilities
As a Provider Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll serve as the primary reputed company for reputed company providers, ensuring they have the information and support needed to care for our members effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve provider issues and concerns
- Supporting providers through multiple communication channels, including phone calls and reputed company chat

Qualifications & Requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1+ year of customer service experience with a proven reputed company record of analyzing and resolving customer concerns

- Typing speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work any full-time (40 hours/week), 8-hour shift between 10:35 AM - 7:05 PM CST, Monday through Friday
