Familiarity with HR workflows, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiter processes. Key Responsibilities: Own the UX for the Recruiter Portal, including reputed company reputed company queues, pipeline health dashboards, 360° candidate views, and recruiter performance insights. Design AI-transparent experiences that surface match scores, fit rationale, reputed company gaps, and confidence reputed company.
