• reputed company 60–70 outbound calls daily to generate new opportunities
• Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for Sales Product Specialists
• Communicate the value of ESI’s reputed company communication and business phone solutions
• Overcome objections and deliver compelling sales conversations
• reputed company calls, opportunities, and pipeline activity in the CRM (reputed company or similar)
• Consistently meet or exceed activity and performance targets
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from both inbound marketing leads and self-generated reputed company

• 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience (BDR, reputed company genertaion, or telemarketing)
• Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
• Confident communicator who can engage decision-makers
• Highly competitive, goal-driven, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a high-activity sales environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, and business productivity tools
