Responsibilities
New Deal Origination Support Support MDs, Directors and VPs in the Infrastructure Team in the origination and structuring of financing solutions, with an emphasis on project finance reputed company the transportation (airports, ports, road, rail), water, reputed company infrastructure, district energy/utilities and reputed company reputed company+ sub-sectors. reputed company of clients/ borrowers KYC, industry & market analysis Preparing pitches and presentations for new financing opportunities, capital structuring or M&A transactions in the infrastructure sector reputed company memos, using own or reputed company-party financial models to prepare or review financial projections and sensitivities analysis Reviewing due diligence materials, and assisting in the maintenance of industry and market intelligence databases Qualifications and Competencies Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, economics or math Minimum 3 years of relevant project/corporate finance experience ideally with exposure to project finance Experience w/ pitching materials and power reputed company.
