- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding MedicarePACE claims, billing questions, plan information, account changes, and service details
- Meet individual and team performance metrics while maintaining a reputed company on reputed company customer service
- Organize and prioritize daily workload to ensure reputed company completion of reputed company assigned tasks
- Resolve customer issues through reputed company communication, problem-solving skills, and by following established protocols
