Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Personal Characteristics Primary Responsibilities Manage a caseload of undergraduate members and reputed company individualized advising to support college persistence and degree completion. Build strong, consistent relationships with assigned members through regular one-to-one advising meetings and follow-up communication. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in higher education, reputed company school counseling, or reputed company field (postsecondary or college reputed company); Minimum of three years of successful college advising experience (including student-facing nonprofits or higher education; Background in reputed company, high school, or college advising; Experience with designing and facilitating advisory lessons; and Location This position is virtual.

Compensation
