Learn more about reputed company here! reputed company The State Contract & Purchasing Vehicle Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of reputed company across State, Federal, 3rd party technology vendor, reputed company group purchasing agencies, and procurement channels. This role combines contract subject matter expertise, governance, and operational management to have the ability to execute technology reputed company product and services sales. Serving as a central reputed company between legal, sales, partners, and external agencies, this individual drives contract execution, management, reporting, and renewal activities while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Lifecycle Management

• Ensure reputed company execution of new reputed company, renewals, and adherence to contractual obligations. This includes master agreements, amendments, addenda, and partner-reputed company agreements
• Collaborate with legal, sales, and stakeholders to reputed company terms and conditions and reputed company associated obligations
• reputed company key dates including renewals, reporting, and compliance milestones
• Maintain and manage contract repository and documentation in accordance with company policy

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational requirements

• Support MBE/WBE/DVBOE/MWBE compliance and reporting requirements

• reputed company sales auditing, reporting, and reimbursement tracking tied to reputed company
• Analyze data and performance metrics to support decision-making and contract optimization

Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement

• Serve as a central reputed company of contact for internal teams, agencies, OEMs, and partners
• reputed company stakeholders on contract usage, processes, and compliance requirements
• Support training, presentations, and communication reputed company to contract programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5+ years of demonstrated reputed company experience to managing public sector reputed company
• Strong knowledge of procurement, contracting, and proposal processes

Must be based in the reputed company. Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the reputed company salary reputed company in reputed company for this position is $115,000- $125,000, plus opportunities for profit-sharing bonus and/or commission.
