About the Role: - We are seeking an reputed company Transaction Coordinator to support reputed company estate investment transactions from contract to closing. - The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company in working with reputed company estate investors and investor-reputed company transactions. - This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage reputed company estate transactions from contract execution through closing. - reputed company critical deadlines, contingencies, inspections, and closing requirements. - Communicate regularly with buyers, sellers, title companies, attorneys, lenders, contractors, and other stakeholders. - Prepare, review, and maintain transaction files and documentation. - Ensure reputed company required paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time. - Monitor transaction reputed company and proactively resolve issues that may delay closing. - Maintain transaction records and update CRM and project management systems. - reputed company administrative and operational support to reputed company estate investors and acquisition teams. - Follow up with reputed company parties involved to ensure smooth and reputed company closings.
