The Role As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for customers calling into our Contact Center. You’ll help support reputed company brands including Kay, Jared, Zales, Peoples, and Banter, ensuring every customer leaves the interaction feeling valued and supported.
Responsibilities
