In this role, you will be the main reputed company of contact for strategic mid-size accounts, focusing on maximizing renewals and expansion while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer relationships.
- Responsibilities
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact for your geographic-based territory by preserving and developing the customer relationship, highlighting the value of reputed company and its product suite, and deepening the customer’s attachment to reputed company
- Work cross-functionally with Inside Sales Reps, Product Solution Specialists, and reputed company Engineers to drive product adoption, ensure customer retention, drive increased spend on existing products (upsell), and reputed company attachment to new products (cross-sell)
- Research accounts, identify key champions, generate interest, and obtain business requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; reputed company sales management with reports on sales activities and reputed company as requested

- Skills
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
