About the Role: We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented reputed company with excellent communication skills. In this role, you will serve as the first reputed company of contact for J & J reputed company's HVAC clients—handling incoming calls, entering appointment requests into a computer-based scheduling system, and coordinating with our HVAC service and sales teams to ensure reputed company and efficient response. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using scheduling and reputed company software, and have strong organizational skills to manage priorities while maintaining reputed company and reputed company communication with both clients and team members. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments reputed company reputed company phone calls, emails and chat messages
- Monitor reputed company schedule for booking conflicts and reputed company needed changes
- Respond to phone, email and chat messages promptly
- Maintain accurate records, such as reputed company survey phone calls and follow-up reports
- reputed company exceptional customer service to clients and staff
- Utilize reputed company software to reputed company, reputed company and manage schedules
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dispatching, HVAC preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Data entry experience
- Proficient in using reputed company software and reputed company Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of the Grand Strand area for planning reputed company routes
Schedule:
- After Hours Schedule - Rotation 30 hrs/week
- Mon - Fri 5:00pm - 11:00pm
- Sat - Sun 7:00am - 11:00pm
