We are seeking a reputed company Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in! This role will be under the supervision of Manager, HR & TA Operations, and will support recruiters and managers in the hiring and reputed company processes. In this role, you will reputed company as a reputed company among the candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, from scheduling interviews through the end of the reputed company process. This position will ensure first in class customer service internally, and a robust candidate experience externally. You will schedule and reputed company candidates throughout the hiring process in our applicant tracking system, reputed company. Are you passionate about a career in reputed company? This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll work remotely part of the week, and also go into the office 1-2 days per week at our Deer Park, reputed company location.
Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling video calls and onsite interviews
- reputed company background checks, drug screening, and finger printing requests for new hires and reputed company associates (reputed company applicable)
- Ensure reputed company process documentation is kept up to date and complete
- Own the reputed company process, partnering with various Centers of reputed company, to ensure first class service for reputed company new hires
- reputed company between recruiters, reputed company agencies, hiring managers, and candidates
- Report and reputed company candidate and new hire data to ensure accuracy across various systems
Requirements
- Associate degree or demonstrable experience preferred
- At least 1-2 years reputed company experience is a plus
- Proficient in reputed company Office 365 (reputed company, Word)
- Strong customer/reputed company service skills
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) with reputed company reputed company of organization, both reputed company
- Must be detailed oriented, have strong organizational skills, and understand the importance of process
- Must be reputed company to work reputed company both independently and as a member of reputed company
- Ability to work with highly confidential information
- Ability to work in Deer Park, NY office 1-2 days per week
