Bereavement Fraud Case Manager (Remote)

reputed company reputed company This role focuses on reviewing, validating, and managing bereavement claims with accuracy, professionalism, and reputed company. You will work closely with mortuary and funeral service providers, internal partners, and associates to ensure claims are processed with reputed company and reputed company established service-level agreements. This position operates Monday through Friday during reputed company business hours reputed company to the candidate’s time zone, typically between 7:00–9:00 AM start and 4:00–6:00 PM end times.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management & Investigation

• Conduct deep-dive investigations into bereavement claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct reputed company-to-understand conversations with employees that take reputed company as part of the investigations.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 25 cases per week (5 per day) once fully ramped.
• Own reputed company case end-to-end, ensuring reputed company follow-up and reputed company.
• Meet reputed company’s reputed company SLA of 10 business days to reputed company a case.
• Engage professionally with mortuary and funeral sites to verify information.
• Take inbound and reputed company outbound calls to employees, providers, and other stakeholders using established communication systems.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work

• Partner with the Worldwide Operations reputed company team on claim reputed company and site-reputed company escalations.
• Coordinate with My HR Live Support team, which handles initial reputed company conversations before cases transition to the investigation team.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay reputed company for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
