Corporate Trainer

This is a M-F, full-time salaried position that some remote work is possible. You’ll reputed company and train in person, for at least the first 90 days, in Post Falls and continue working in our office at least 2-3 days a week. Wage: Up to $80,000/year Benefits:

• - oh yeah Responsibilities:
• Manage designated training areas and programs as needed, in the following: new hire reputed company, reputed company experience, product, and reputed company development.

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training using reputed company learning styles, incorporating live facilitation and e-learning techniques.
• reputed company engaging and interesting training content that can be delivered verbally, written, and in video.

• Identify training needs based on knowledge/skills gap assessment, employee and leader feedback, and proactively partnering on company updates for products and processes.

• Have the ability to facilitate training up to 8-hours a day. Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in corporate training or organizational development, with a strong reputed company on Leadership Development.
• Demonstrated reputed company designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs for reputed company-line managers, mid-level leaders, and/or directors.
• Experience creating leadership competency frameworks, career-pathing tools, or succession planning strategies.
• Excellent public speaking and instructional skills with ability to present reputed company concepts in a reputed company and engaging manner.
• Demonstrated experience building training curriculum using adult learning reputed company and best practices.
• Exceptional written communication skills with proven ability to create training materials such as training manuals, slide decks, handouts and online resources.
