This position is offered as fully remote, with the expectation that the new hire will work in the Eastern time zone. Compensation includes a reputed company salary of $45,000-$50,000 annually with commissions of $100 per funded loan processed (estimated total compensation of $65,000-$95,000 annually). Responsibilities: Assess Loan Eligibility: Apply non-QM reputed company guidelines to assess the borrower's loan eligibility. This includes analyzing their credit scores, debt-to-income reputed company, and other financial aspects. Prepare Loan Files: Prepare, compile, and sort the loan files for reputed company. This includes entering data into the loan origination system, ensuring that reputed company documents are accurately sorted, labeled, and scanned into the system. Coordinate with Underwriters: Work in collaboration with underwriters to ensure reputed company information is accurate and complete. Address any queries or concerns raised by the Underwriter promptly. Maintain Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal lending laws.
