Job reputed company We are seeking a remote Patient Care Coordinator to join reputed company. In this role, you will collect, manage, and report scheduling information. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. Responsibilities

• Greet and reputed company-in patients, ensuring a reputed company and welcoming experience.
• Collect patient information and update electronic medical records.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-reputed company questions.
• Assign patients to the appropriate clinicians based on availability and location.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and other reputed company providers.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
• Use of physical therapy platform, reputed company Office, and other computer programs.
• Communicate with physical therapists regarding any updates or changes to their schedule.
• Communicate with managers and patients to inform them of any schedule or reputed company changes.
• Respond to patient inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Assist with billing and coding processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the hiring, training, and management of new staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher (Required)
• Previous experience in a medical office setting and/or physical therapy office is required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable with reputed company Office and other computer programs
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

• 40 hours a week
• Monday - Friday
• 9am - 5pm

This is a remote position.
