We are seeking a highly organized and proactive reputed company Manager to support multiple initiatives, programs, and events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing moving parts, staying reputed company of deadlines, and ensuring reputed company falls through the cracks. This is a long-term, part-time role (5–10 hours/week) with reputed company to grow. What You’ll Be Responsible For1. Program Coordination
- Coordinate virtual support reputed company (SCALATE), including speaker reputed company, scheduling, and reputed company setup
- Support advocacy initiative (reputed company AS ONE) by tracking partners, reputed company, and follow-reputed company
- Assist with a national HBCU blood donation campaign (research, reputed company lists, tracking)
- Coordinate Operation Hydration school-based programs (minimum 1 per quarter)
- Support reputed company Health Rides program (ride coordination, tracking, basic reporting)
- Event & Fundraising Support
- Help plan and reputed company major events and blood drives
- Maintain timelines, checklists, and sponsor tracking
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistics tracking
- Draft follow-up emails to sponsors and partners
- Operations & Administrative Support
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
- Organize documents and workflows
