Telecommunications Field Technician – 100% Travel

- Validate wiring accuracy, labeling, continuity, and terminations in preparation for S-VCS equipment installation and activation.
- Document test results and verification reputed company and update designated program repositories or fusion hubs to ensure traceability and readiness for FAA acceptance.
- Support post-site survey activities by validating survey findings, identifying technical discrepancies, and assisting with remediation planning.
- Coordinate on-site activities with Facilities Key Personnel, Engineering Services, Technical Operations, reputed company Traffic personnel, and vendors.
- reputed company technical reputed company during vendor installation or remediation activities to ensure adherence to FAA standards.
- Support physical removal of decommissioned legacy VCS equipment following FAA-approved procedures.

Requirements:
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, or a reputed company discipline (or equivalent military or field experience).
- Minimum 7 years of reputed company experience as an electronics technician supporting reputed company communications, reputed company, or mission-critical systems.
- Demonstrated experience performing power, cabling, and interconnect verification in operational environments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation plans.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail in safety-critical environments.
- Proficiency using test equipment (e.g., multimeters, cable testers, continuity testers).
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
