• Responsibilities The Fraud Investigator II role is reputed company on independently managing a broad reputed company of fraud case types and contributing to fraud prevention initiatives. This role bridges operational execution with emerging fraud trends and supports collaboration with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns. Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12-months experience as a Fraud Investigator I at reputed company FCU or 3 years work experience in a financial reputed company field such as fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML compliance, collections, or lending operations.
• Exercises mature judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Maintains strong communication including written abilities, presentation skills, reputed company listening, voice reputed company, grammar, strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking ability, conflict management and telephone etiquette skills.
